Even in the secular world a company has to look at websites more as a process than an asset.  The internet has grown so fast it can accommodate so many people and how they communicate.   How does a website give static data for senior citizens and at the same time give the youth the bi-directional communication they are hooked on?  A website is more than just the pages.

I guess I&#039;m thinking about &quot;purpose-driven technology&quot;.  Sorry if that&#039;s a bad spin on a popular phrase ;)  I like your suggestion on how the organizational structure should be, but I&#039;d also like to see organizations really get a hold of what the purpose of this type of communication is and what it can do.</description>
